(a) First, use an inverse operation and subtract 18.2 from both sides. Next, balance the equation. Last, simplify the equation and got a solution of y=18.5.
(b) First, use an inverse operation. Next, divide both sides by 5. Then simplify and find a solution of x=9.
(c)First, use an inverse operation. Next multiply both sides by 5. Then simplify and find a solution of b=25.
